Project brief description:

The goals of the project is to raise people's awareness about using the water, changing in hygiene habits and using of standard sanitation facilities throughout activities of information, education and communication.

Duties of Consultant:

Perform the preparation and implementation of operational information, education and communication on sanitation and hygiene changing habits.

Providing consulting services and support local authorities and public organizations through the draft public consultation document, public communication, planning and organizing promotional activities to Water project, a revolving loan fund to build toilets, sanitation and hygiene education through various forms of media such as meeting people, loudspeakers, video production.

Describe the services which Consulting contractor performs:

Rapid investigation of sanitary conditions and needs, desired water supply, sanitation habits of the community in the project

Identify goals, target audience, message content, and methods of communication channels

Testing methods, compose messages and communication materials

Media Planning.

Deployment, monitoring, management and implementation plan

Assess progress, results and impact.
