Seminar of after-investment management towards sustainability of the clean water and sanitation project
In two coming days, 12 & 13 of May, Adcom will joint the Seminar of after-investment management towards sustainability of clean water and rural sanitation project organized by CPO & World Bank at Nam Định. In the seminar, Adcom Consultance will have a discussion Report about water supply corporation model, corporation establishment, organization structure and corporation management. The seminar programme will be held in 2 days, with 70 representatives from the management boards, Clean Water and Sanitation Centre and Department of Agriculture of four provinces Hai Duong, Thai Binh, Nam Dinh, Ninh Binh; phase 1, 8 provinces Ha Nam, Thanh Hoa, Hung Yen, Quang Ninh, Bac Ninh, Vinh Phuc, Phu Tho, Ha Noi, phase 2, Clean Water and environmental sanitation in Binh Thuan and Office of the clean water and environmental sanitation national target programme(SO).

Final survey of 4 Clean Water Supply and Rural Sanitation Companies at Thai Binh, Ninh Binh, Nam Dinh, Hai Duong provinces
Currently, in 4 provinces at phase I of the project, clean water supply and rural sanitation corporations (RWSS) has built and put into operation. However, the operation process still has many problems, Adcom has been supporting in building capacity for involved parties related to operation of RWSS and deploying the suitable policies, regulations and institutional capacity in order to ensure the coporation management legal and reasonable.

Seminar of Red River Delta Clean Water and Environmental Sanitation Project at Phu Tho Province from 20 to 21 May
To support Phu Tho province belonging to 8 provinces of Phase 2 Water Supply Project and Rural Sanitation shares and makes a decision for model selection of after investment management, ADCOM will put into combination with the Central Project Office and Phu Tho Department of Irrigation Phu Tho Province to organize a seminar to consult about demand on management model establishment the water supply systems after investment in 2 days 20 to 21 May.

Province and community level seminar in Hanoi for Red River Delta clean water and sanitation project at Phase 2
In 2 coming days 25-26/4, Adcom will combine with the Central Project Office and the Centre of Ha Noi living water and environmental sanitation to organize 2 seminars about establishment demand consultance of management model the after-investment water supply system in Hanoi (Ha Tay before). The clean water and sanitation based on result in 08 provinces of Red River Delta, Hanoi will deploy in 31 local communes in 6 districts. Currently, the feasible research and surveys of households connected commitments have been completed. Rural people are excited in clean water project and look forward to using hygienic water as soon as possible.
