Project Infrastructure Investment priorities Danang City is located in the "City without Slums" to promote and quickly put out the effort, solutions from the community for the community sector the low-income. The project is designed in two stages implemented. One of the main objectives is to upgrade infrastructure and urban services for urban residents with low incomes in Danang in approach and learn from the community needs.

The operations performed are: selection criteria to build residential and low-income communities (Lias) and identification of low income in the city, construction manuals for detailed process specific design activities, and ensure the selection criteria is based on the requirements from the Government and the World Bank.

Investigate and identify the low-income population, make recommendations on the preliminary work necessary through the implementation of specific ways, such as survey the socio-economic conditions, natural conditions , infrastructure conditions,

Describe the services which Consulting contractor performs:

Develop the concept of low-income or low-income areas and develop selection criteria for phase feasibility study

Develop maps describe the low-income areas in the city

Develop appropriate criteria for priority neighborhoods with low incomes will be implemented in Phase 2 of the project.
