Project brief description:

 "Research Station Master planning roadside in the Republic Socialist Vietnam" sponsored by the International Cooperation Agency of Japan (JICA) is being implemented by the Vietnam Road Administration (VRA) and JICA Study Team with specific objectives;

1) Complete preliminary draft master plan, setting the new draft Master Plan Roadside station building, building a policy framework for government Vietnam;

2) Implement a pilot project to build roadside rest stations, assessment pilot project to give the Station Master Plan last roadside and manuals for the implementation of station building roadside rest later;

3) transferred to the Government of Vietnam's entire technology development process roadside rest station from the stage of planning, design and operation management.

Station Master Plan will be conducting roadside on international routes along Vietnam. During the study period, 3 roadside rest stations will be built and operated as a pilot project in Bac Giang, Ninh Binh and Hoa Binh.

Describe the services which Consulting contractor performs:

Investigating the impact assessment by the pilot project to build roadside rest station

Identify the areas affected by the construction and operation of roadside rest station

Consider the impact assessment indicators of the construction and operation of roadside rest station

Investigation of the stakeholders: The objective is to identify and point out the potential stakeholders in the planning stages, construction, operation and management model to find proper relay station building case

Assessing the capacity of the participating stakeholders in the planning, investment, operations.

From the perspective of stakeholders, indicating the functions and services of the basic relay station

Only the indicator subjective and objective to evaluate the capacity of the involved key stakeholders
