Seminar of Red River Delta Clean Water and Environmental Sanitation Project at Phu Tho Province from 20 to 21 May

In Phu Tho the project has deployed at 30 communes. The preparations, implementation plannings. Based on analysis of  management model- curent  living water operating, specific project and resources, direct consultance company as Department of Irrigation of Phu Tho province has been researching and proposing the first management as Department of Irrigation.
