Province and community level seminar in Hanoi for Red River Delta clean water and sanitation project at Phase 2

Due to the project has not really ​​implementing yet so the idea of  management model establishment  after - investment has not been clearly shaped. However, based on  analysis of advantages and disadvantages of model management – curent living water opration, specific project and resources, direct consultance company is  living water and sanitation center Hanoi researching and giving a proposal about management model as  One Member Limited Company. In order to supprt province in sharing and makìng a decision to select the after investment management model effective and sustainable, the company ADCOM has combined with Central Project Office and living water and environmental sanitation center Hanoi holding a consultance seminar  for establishment demand the water supply system management model after investment at level of community and province with the following programmes:

Community level seminar:
