Project brief description:

The general objective of the study is to make recommendations for improving the effectiveness of the investment in water services and sanitation in the future, increasing the reach of the poor and the region have collected less. The specific objectives are:

Making data bank for investment grade water and sanitation in rural areas.

Mapping the distribution of investments in water supply and sanitation for rural areas within 5 years (1999-2005), according to government sources, provincial, local, private sector, organizations international non-governmental organizations.

Evaluation of various project management models, practices of foreign companies have different implications for how the beneficiaries are poor and low-income communities are at and gender-inequality.

Assess the activities of the management model and determine the best model.

Describe the services which Consulting contractor performs:
