Project brief description:

The general objective of the study in order to make recommendations to improve the efficiency of investment in water supply and sanitation in urban future direction of the community to serve poor and low-income households. The specific objectives are:

Establish a data bank on the index of provincial water supply companies as well as maps of the 61 provinces of investment in water services and sanitation in urban areas 10 years.

Mapping the distribution of investments in water supply and sanitation for the urban areas within 10 years (1992-2002), by funds from international organizations; mapping population, the the rate of water loss ... in 61 provinces are managed in Microsoft Access software.

Evaluation of the investment program of choice in the field of water supply (and sanitation) has increased the access of the poor to the public;

Raising awareness of the community and identify the difficulties and obstacles when expanding connections for the poor and suggestions for the settlement of the difficulties and obstacles that.

Describe the services which Consulting contractor performs:

Research Data on water supply projects and urban sanitation in Vietnam for 10 years (the aggregate and report launched on the map, select the point and written research report original research) .

Prepare manuals used evaluation tools in the field of MPA, conduct training, evaluate training and testing to adjust the content and how to use the tool.

Conduct training and in-depth evaluation of research projects in the field, wrote the report on the study and final report.
