Project brief description:
Together with the Government of Vietnam, the World Bank is developing a number of projects P073763, and a part of the project that will help the provincial water company expanded to serve the urban district Water does not have to be. To achieve this objective, the water company will select the contractor of the conditions to design, build and operate the water supply of their services, through a process of competitive bidding and healthy .
Based on the perspective of innovation, pilot projects will be conducted in two district towns to demonstrate the ability of the method and approach to the lessons, which can be applied to the major investment. One of the important characteristics of this pilot project is a combination of phase "design and build" the stage "operate" on a bid package. Describe the services which Consulting contractor performs:
