Ms Pham Thi Huong – PhD in Agriculture
Ms Pham Thi Huong graduated in horticulture at former Soviet Union. After that, she studied post graduate at Asian Institute of Technology (AIT) Bangkok, Thailand and then she achieved Doctor degree in Agriculture at Hanoi Agriculture University. She has more than 30 years of experience in agriculture and now she is Dean of Faculty of Agronomy, Hanoi Agriculture University.

Mr Hoang Van Duong – Training specialist, ILO
Mr Hoang Van Duong graduated in Education from Hue University and now he is a national lecturer of ILO’s International training center – ITC. He has near 20 years of experience on consulting training courses in and out of Vietnam. He also becomes national senior lecturer of ILO’s KAB in Vietnam.

Ms Vo Thi Thanh Hong – Water supply and drainage specialist
Ms Vo Thi Thanh Hong graduated in water supply and drainage from Hanoi Architectural University and she has more than 30 years of experience work as a water supply and drainage specialist. She is a member of Vietnam Water supply and sewerage association, of Vietnam construction consultant association.

Ms Nguyen Thi Nga – PhD in Law, Institutional specialist.
Ms Nguyen Thi Nga achieved Doctor degree in Law in 2007 and she has more than 10 years of experience in Law field. She is a member of Vietnam Law Association. Since 2008, she has joined in ADCOM as a law and institutional specialist.
