He has joined in ADCOM since 2009 and has taken part in many big projects such as below:

·         Support to CPO on capacity building for the Water supply and sanitation enterprises

·         Capacity building  for vulnerable capacity assessment VCA in Vietnam

·         Final assessment and planning new program on safe water and environmental sanitation Gifts

·         Relief and rehabilitation after natural disaster in Quang Nam ERR

·         National Water supply and environmental sanitation program in Vietnam

·         Labors market project (ILO – MOLISA LMIP)

·         Assessing training need and designing training program for water supply and sanitation enterprises  in 14 provinces of Vietnam

·         Research on livelihood of communities affected by the Trung Son hydro power in Thanh Hoa and Hoa Binh provinces

·         Water supply and sanitation  project in provincial towns, towns. Implemented by FINIDA and MOT

·         Community based agricultural encouragement project.
