Ms Pham Thi Huong – PhD in Agriculture

She has joined in ADCOM since 2011 as a agricultural specialist, has taken responsibility for works related to her experience and training. She has taken part in many big projects such as below:

·         An impact assessment of the government agricultural policies on resource management and livelihood in the upper watershed of the Ca River Basin, Vietnam
