Ms Luong Thi Thu Hang – PhD in Social Anthropology, Sociology specialist.
Ms Luong Thi Thu Hang achieved Doctor degree in Social Anthropology at Vietnam Social Sciences Academy in 2008 and now she is a member of Vietnam Anthropology Association. She has joined in ADCOM as a social specialist since 2009. She also has experience in social research, assessment and resettlement fields. She has taken part in many big projects such as below:

Ms Pham Thi Huong – PhD in Agriculture
Ms Pham Thi Huong graduated in horticulture at former Soviet Union. After that, she studied post graduate at Asian Institute of Technology (AIT) Bangkok, Thailand and then she achieved Doctor degree in Agriculture at Hanoi Agriculture University. She has more than 30 years of experience in agriculture and now she is Dean of Faculty of Agronomy, Hanoi Agriculture University.

Mr Hoang Van Duong – Training specialist, ILO
Mr Hoang Van Duong graduated in Education from Hue University and now he is a national lecturer of ILO’s International training center – ITC. He has near 20 years of experience on consulting training courses in and out of Vietnam. He also becomes national senior lecturer of ILO’s KAB in Vietnam.
