Project “Technical assistance for all sub-projects under Ninh Binh PMU aim to change sanitation habit and improve community's health

The main activities of project include:

     -To evaluate, review initial situation about sanitation, knowledge and behavior of communication.

     -To evaluate the communication needs, training for consultants, community.

     -To plan community sanitation for provinces and communes and support, monitor and implement the plan.

     -To organize training for officers of stakeholders(consultants, community)

     - To develop and implement communication activities; communication in the provinces, pilot communication(Gia Xuan-Gia Vien province);

     -To support the consultants in activities, monitoring, and evaluation the effective activities of consultants;

     -To develop traditional document;

     -To prepare report for project management.

Base on the first phase assessment about knowledge, actitude and communication activities, consultants implemented activities of project which ensure objectiveness such as:

      -Annual, general community hygiene plans are developed for province and local projects.

      -About 200 consultants were trained and enhanced the capacity, take responsibility in communication activities in community.

      -Five traditional documents were developed such as: leaflet, posters, painting flip and notebook for consultants.
